As we kick off the new year, I’ve already got my sights set on success. From new business to new titles (realtor), its going to be a good year. Some things I am working to accomplish include: finishing this website, closing on my first deal as a licenses realtor, and starting a new seasonal business. I am very passionate about creating new streams of passive income. This year one of my biggest focuses is just that. I’m not much of a believer in New Years resolutions, so you can imagine how I feel about going to the gym in the month of January. I do believe in refocusing your attention and effort on what means the most to you, and like a lot of people, its really easy for that picture to blur throughout the year.
To increase my car purchases, I am considering becoming a car dealer in Florida, and bring in outside investors to further scale the business. A brick and mortar car dealership has it pros and cons, in my case, access to car auctions would be huge. The downside being the increased overhead for transporting said vehicles, the lease and utility expense, and TIME it would take. I live in a small townhouse community with little excess parking, as you can imagine my neighbors are getting tired of me filling place with all my cash cars. In one week and gone the next.

Tao Te Ching, by Lao Tzu, a recommendation from the reading list I got from Tim Ferriss’ Tools of The Titans.
Little Red Book of Selling, by Jeffrey Gitomer. A book I happened to come across in hopes of learning something to help me sell more services and products.
